• Fraudulent or Declined Transactions
Smathrugami and its associated payment gateway or acquiring bank or financial institutions reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. Smathrugami and its associated payment gateway or acquiring banks or financial institutions reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

• Refund & Cancellation
Your purchase is final and non refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned. Incase you are having any issue with product or delivery, please contact us. We are commited to provide the best possible solution.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event Smathrugami decides to refund to you, Smathrugami will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount but in some case Smathrugami will refund the money back and the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by Smathrugami refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
• Smathrugami is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where-
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
- Any refund or compensation amount can not exceed than the order value at any circumstances in the name of harassment or opportunity lost.
• Exchanges - Smathrugami will not accept any product exchanges.
• Shipping & Delivery
We use reputed courier for shipment of products depending on your area pin code. Most of products get delivered in metro cities in 3-5 days and 5-7 days in rest part of India.
Incase, you do not receive order from the courier company in the tentative timeline, please contact us.
